The Last Day

I'm so tired. I couldn't go to sleep last night which is really weird as i had the worst hangover yesterday + Sudh & Ylva invited us for dinner in their new apartment and i nearly fell a sleep! But as we got home and i got into bed i just couldnt go to sleep! When i did kind of fall asleep i kept waking up because of nightmares. I tried to wake David, but all i could hear from his side of the bed was snoring! I fell asleep eventually though, but soon again i woke up, it was the bloody alarm! 8 o'clock we have to get up and pack the rest!

It feels really strange sitting here on the couch when it's only a few more hours left. David just left to go and get the car. We wont be able to fit everything in the car though so we'll have to come back tomorrow and get the rest. When everything is in the car we will go to Longford... for a barbequeu!
nice nice nice nice

The Last Night

Yes, I'm still hungover, It's been 24 hours since i had my last drink and i'm still hungover. My head is spinning, not funny at all! But i guess this is the price i have to pay for drinking too much last night.
This is the last night we're ever going to spend in this apartment. Tomorrow around 2 o'clock we're going to Longford with all our stuff. We're staying there untill wednesday and then we're off... i still can't believe it. MAD!

I hope everyone is enjoying this blogg so far. Get used to it, a lot more is coming!

The Big Party

After all the packing we started to get ready for the big party. I was sitting on a wooden chair for over 2 hours curling hair and i swear to god, i could litrally taste the wood in my a**!! David was doing what he does best, cooking and ironing. I know, I know, I got myself a good catch.
We rented a room in "The Curch". It's a lovely Bar/Restaurant/Club only 1 minute walk from our apartment. We had our own room, bar, toilets and a barman called Adriano.
I have to say i had a fantastic night and want to say THANK YOU to everyone that could come and for making the night a night to remember. There was ALOT of jagermeister/redbull consumed, and believe me... I'm being punished for that today. There are seriously no words to the describe this hangover i'm having today.
There was a lot of dancing, drinking, drama and laughter and i loved every second of it.

Oh and by the way, for Ronan, Agatha & Liane, me and David wasn't doing anything kinky in the room and no i wasn't upset about anything. Aperantly you thought so, but no. that night i couldn't go to sleep and first we thought my drink got spiked or something because i kept hearing noices, had problems breathing and my heart was beating so fast. But then we realised it was probably because of my huge consuption of Red Bull that night! ha ha. I will never ever drink a jagerbalm again!

The packing

Yesterday was one heck of a busy day. Packing packig and more packing! What to keep, what not to keep. What to bring, what not to bring. I'ts actually amazing how much stuff you collect over the years, a lot of rubbish and junk. And as David says, me being so sentimental, is was hard for me to decide these things. But it's done now. There is no going back.

After the packing it was time to get ready for the big night.

Pints at the Pav

The day before yesterday! I went to the Pav for the first time...kind of! I was there before, once, but i was never properly there if you know what i mean. For anyone that doesn't know what the Pav is, Its just basically a place where you drink, kind of in a college. So me and David was never really supposed to be there. But anyway, we had a great time drinking delicious bavaria outside in the sun, taking a break from all the bloody packing and organising!

Later on we went to Dicies to have a few more drinks, and of cours to say good bye to lovely Claire! And i think i had the most delicious hamburger ever!

Preparations

So...

...today we got a lot of things done. We went to the bank, i changed my addressa to Davids mums address, we got drivers permit so we'll be able to drive in different countries, and we got malarone (malaria tablets) and a whole lot of other tablets that are supposed to be necessary. The funny thing is that the malaria tablets would cost 230euro (2400kr) for both of us, but because clever david asked for a form to fill out we got the tablets for 100euro (1100kr) for both of us! It's because we live in the same house and are engaged! We saved 130euro!! So to all people out there, get engaged, it's GREAT!

A few hours we started packing, and yes, it's as boring as it sounds! That's why i'm here writing and poor Dave is doing all the work! I have so much stuff it's unbelievable!

Still have lots of things to do tomorrow, but we'll try and squeeze in a few pints with some friends at The Pav and maybe a movie at the cinema.

So that's all for today, I better get back to packing before david will kill me!! :)

The Beginning

So this is where it all starts..

I just got back home from a nice holiday in Sweden. I visited my family and friends just to say good bye before the BIG trip.
It was really nice, but it was more like a full time job then a holiday. Saying good bye and visiting everyone is a tough job! But it was lovely seeing everyone even though it was a bit stressful.

But in 7 days, apart from meeting everone, i played bingo with mom, karin and elin and actually won a lot, i drove around in visby wearing a swineflu mask, played snurra pinnen/spin the stick, eat lovely food, babysat for my precious god-daughter and got a load of mosquito bites, so why complain?!

I will be writing this blog in english as a lot of people i know can't read swedish, and it wont be fair to them, and as most of you swedish people know english it wont be a problem.
But if there is something you can't understan just write a comment and say: Angela, what the hell does that mean, or something between those lines.

So only 7 days left, but still alot to prepare for. And a will tell you all about it, even though it might be a bit boring for you to read! But as they say : it's the preparing that is half of the fun.

And please don't forget to comment on whatever you want to comment on.
